Michelle brings a wealth of administrative and financial expertise from her background in banking, healthcare, and the non-profit sector.


Her career in banking included roles in both personal and business banking. She worked as a Financial Advisor and later as a Portfolio Manager, where she especially enjoyed building strong, long-term relationships with her clients.


After relocating to New Zealand, Michelle gained valuable experience working in a large sports medicine practice and with an international non-profit organisation, where she was involved in payroll, human resources, and accounts payable/receivable.


Michelle joined our team in 2021 as Darren’s Personal Assistant and as a Payroll and Accounts Administrator. Her responsibilities include processing payrolls, managing creditors, and setting up new clients. In 2025, she completed a Diploma in Accounting as part of her personal and professional self-development, further strengthening her financial knowledge and skills.


Outside of work, Michelle and her husband, Jayby, love opening their home to others, going on long walks and enjoying a good cup of coffee.
