RENIER VENTER
Director (B.Comm (Hons), C.A, C.P.P, member N.Z.I.C.A)

If you asked his clients to describe Renier, they are likely to mention both his very serious dedication to his profession as an accountant, and his honest, highly ethical dedication to his clients' interests.

Prior to moving to New Zealand, Renier was employed by Price Waterhouse in South Africa (as a Chartered Accountant) specialising in accounting, tax planning and advice, and auditing assignments for both large corporates to small one man businesses. His experience with international companies has given him great insights into structuring businesses for the optimal commercial benefits and the buying and selling of businesses.

He has practiced here for over twelve years, focusing on his professional interests in the farming and medical sectors. Renier also manages commercial property for a number of clients, helping with both the set up of leases and the day to day running of their investments. He is involved with a number of community organisations and trusts which serve the community. Renier also enjoys helping immigrants to New Zealand in establishing businesses and compliance in their new home country.

He is passionate about small to medium enterprises and enjoys the challenge that accountancy brings to assist and work alongside the business owners.

(If you would like to read what his clients say about Renier, you can do so here). Being a community minded person, Renier believes strong communities are built from within, like Wanganui, Renier says, they make wonderful places to live, work and play in.

Renier likes to make the most of the outdoors, listing fishing and swimming as favourite pastimes, as well as lifestyle farming. Spending time with family and friends, both here and abroad, are the things he values most.

"Success to me is making a positive difference to others lives."
