Rex spent his early accountancy years in Pahiatua, where his wholehearted belief in "getting things right" made him popular with his clients, many of whom became firm friends.

In Pahiatua Rex developed his accountancy skills with a wide range of agricultural clients, including sheep, beef and dairy farming, horticulture and ancillary businesses like crop dressing

Rex completed his B.B.S in 2007 and joined Venter & Hull in 2012. Rex brings a wealth of experience (and charm!) to the practice especially with his understanding of the hospitality, warehousing, and retail sectors. In 2017, Rex also became a member of the Accounting Technicians of Chartered Accountants Australia-New Zealand (CAANZ).

Outside of work, Rex enjoys spending time with his family of two daughters, one son and four grandchildren.
